Healing and integration
Practitioners often spend a great deal of time giving, sensing, supporting and holding space for others.
Uplift will include practices that allow you to receive.
These may include:
- Healing meditations
- Grounding and energetic reset practices
- Preparation before client work
- Integration after intense spiritual experiences
- Restorative practices
- Support for maintaining clearer energetic boundaries
The purpose is not to replace medical or therapeutic care. It is to support the energetic and reflective needs that can accompany spiritual practice.
Guidance from Odeon
Odeon, my collective of spirit guides, is an important part of my work and will also contribute to Uplift.
This may include:
- Channelled teachings
- Perspectives connected to the monthly focus
- Responses to recurring community themes
- Guidance for practitioners
- Exploration of member questions during appropriate live sessions
I do not present channelled guidance as something you must accept without question.
It is offered as a perspective to consider, feel into and examine alongside your own experience and judgement.

Uplift Intensives
Every two to three months or quarterly, longer Uplift Intensives may explore subjects such as:
- Inspired writing
- Spirit art

- Communicating about spiritual work with sceptical people
- Specialist psychic, healing or mediumship development
These will normally be separate offers, with priority access or preferential pricing for Uplift members.

About Michelle
I’m Michelle Andreassen—a psychic, medium, healer, channeler, NLP coach and Spiritual Practitioner Mentor.
My approach is curious, direct and deeply individual.
I have never believed that every practitioner should develop in the same way. Your abilities, sensitivities, life experience, training and relationship with spirit create a combination that is uniquely yours.
My role is not to make you dependent on my answers.
It is to help you recognise what is already present, explore what may be blocking or confusing you, and become more confident and natural in the way you work.
Uplift brings that intention into a living community where development does not have to happen in isolation.
